Project Manager

Alicia is our Spanish Project Manager and a proud citizen of the world of languages, translation and good humour. Originally from Spain and now living in the south of France, Alicia has always been fascinated by languages, cultures and the way people communicate. She studied Translation and Interpreting and started her PM journey four years ago, quickly discovering that she rather enjoys being the person in the middle, keeping clients, linguists, jobs and deadlines all moving in the right direction.

What she enjoys most is the teamwork, especially being part of a group where everyone is ready to jump in, help each other out and share what they know. Her secret weapon? Good humour. When things get complicated, a positive attitude can go a surprisingly long way.

Outside work, Alicia keeps busy with CrossFit, walks, reading and catching up with friends. She is also an open water diver, where she gets to enjoy the complete opposite of project management, no emails, no deadlines and nobody asking where a file is!

Give her some matcha, cheese and a good comedy and she’s happy. She’s also the kind of person who knows all the songs that come on at a party, so if there’s ever a Comunica karaoke night, you know who to blame. On a deserted island, Alicia would be the one finding food, growing vegetables and making sure nobody loses their mind, preferably with a board game or two along the way.
